Spent the day researching sausages up in Montreal. The goal is to produce some incredible sausages from our meats. We perused 3 different locations in Montreal: Marche Jean Talon, Little Italy and Marche Atwater.

Love putting the kids on the scale!
Our proximity to Italy means we have some unbelievable sausages over here, both raw and smoked.
